AWS A5.20: E71T-1/9/12MJ H4

An excellent Ar/CO2 (M21) mix gas shielded flux cored wire for applications that demand all position welding capability, high quality, low spatter levels, low Hydrogen (H4), and more demanding Charpy impact toughness compared to moderate applications. This wire is formulated with -60°C Charpy impact toughness conformance (undiluted weld metal tested as per ASME BPVC Section II Part C SFA 5.20) and high UTS, YS, CVN properties even after long PWHT soak durations (10 hours soak at 620°C). The wire is engineered to provide compliance with sour service requirements. Outstanding wire option for steel fabrication, piping, pressure vessels, and offshore. Self and heavy fabrication.
